Founded in 2000, Shanghai Canature Environmental Products Co.,
Ltd. is a member of the WQA (Water Quality Association). We are one of the
largest manufacturers of residential and commercial water treatment systems in
China. Canature benefits from close relationships and cooperation from
GE, Clack, Fleck, KDF, and other internationally well-known companies.
Our plant is located close to Shanghai Pudong International
Airport and covers an area of 600,000 square feet, with over 300 employees.
Canature has been certified to ISO9001 and ISO14001, which demonstrates our
commitment to an effective quality management system, coupled with a dedication
to adhere to environmental management standards.

Canature was founded by Mr. Qu in 2000. In less than 5 years,
Canature has been recognized as one of the biggest and leading environmental
product manufacturers and distributors in China. Canature has also been
recognized as a leading brand in the water treatment industry. Mr. Qu has been
honored with the title as most successful businessman in the household water
treatment industry. |

| Blow and Injection molding machines can produce customized cabinets and
housings for our clients, tailoring specifically to individual needs and

| Canature owns large manufacturing lines as evidenced by large volumes of
production. For example, our water softener production has reached 180,000 units
per year, with production increases expected next year and the years to follow.

Overall we have a 10,000 square meter Logistics Center. Most of
our products can be delivered within 15-30 business days. |

| Canature owns and operates a special
Laboratory equipped with professional water testing facilities, the capability
to research new products, test the function of media, and offer water sample
testing to our clients. After testing a sample water, we will inform our
clients of the quality of the treated water, when and how to replace the media,
and finally inform them about ways to customize a suitable water filter.
